hardcoded: the help links in CGoban call these pages in your default browser (only, if CGoban is called with the .jnlp-file); /help/index.html is called from the KGS frontpage, /help/toc.html is used by the server.
/help/help.html: /helpPages.jsp tells us, it's 'hardcoded', but neither in the CGoban code nor anywhere else is a link. I think, we can ignore this 'hardcoded'. Ruedi
