KGS Meijin Qualifier March 2012 (Winner: Cornel)

Welcome to the KGS Meijin March Qualifier!

McMahon (bars at 10k and 1d), Simultaneous schedule, Ranked players only : The time settings are 30 minutes Main time plus Byo-yomi 15 seconds times 5 period (30m + 15sx5), 1 round every 2 hours, 6 rounds in 2 days. Players must have a solid rank.

You can enter as many qualifiers as you like. Each month the qualifiers will be at a different time and will have a different setup.

Important: Conditions for tournament entry:

• Have played rated games for at least 4 weeks, and have played at least 30 games before March 3rd.
• If you miss a round, you'll be out of this qualifier.
• There are no handicaps. Players will be paired randomly.
• If you have qualified once, you are not allowed to join other qualifiers. You can't use multiple accounts to enter a different qualifier, either.
• People who violate the KGS Terms of Service may be disqualified anytime (before the tournament starts, during a game, during a round, or even once all the rounds are over).
• The Tournament Directors for this qualifier are the Admin sweety, Nyanjilla, and Javaness.

Prizes

In this Third qualifier, the winner will be eligible for the Finals which will start in November. The final KGS Meijin winner will receive a cash prize for a minimum of $500 and a special Meijin icon.
