April KGS+ Tournament, Asian/European daytime Open division (Winner: oubeika)
Welcome to the April KGS Plus tournament!
Swiss style, Simultaneous Schedule. This tournament uses the Swiss pairing system. The time settings are 40 minutes Main time plus 5 Byo yomi periods of 30 seconds (40m + 30s x 5). 1 round every 2 hours, Five rounds total, 3 rounds on the first day, 2 rounds on the second day. Prizes are given out every round, so even if you don't think you can win your division, you still have a chance at getting a prize!
IMPORTANT:
- 50 non-KGS Plus members will be allowed to join the Asian/European division, 20 non-KGS Plus members to the American/European division. KGS Plus members are always welcome!
- Players who have been previously disqualified from a KGS tournament are not allowed.
- You are allowed to attend ONLY ONE division.
- Please be respectful to your opponents: late players will forfeit after 15 minutes and be removed from the tournament. Rudeness or escaping will not be tollerated either.

Prizes
- The winner of the American/European daytime division will get one
free Korean-style Insei League
place for a month and 1 month of KGS Plus.
- The winner of the Asian/European daytime open division will get a
$24 gift certificate from Kiseido and 1 month of KGS Plus.
- The runner-up of each division will get a game commentary by Kaz and 1 month of KGS Plus.
- The kyu players with the highest score in each division will get a $24 gift certificate from Kiseido and 2 weeks of KGS Plus. (The winners of the former prizes will not be taken into account here.)
- The undefeated players (who didn't win one of the above prizes)
get 1 month of KGS Plus.
- Each round, 1 week of KGS Plus will be awarded at random.
