February KGS+ Tournament, American Daytime Division (Winner: YellowBell)
Welcome to the February KGS Plus tournament!
McMahon (bars at 10k and 1d), Simultaneous Schedule. What is McMahon? People with lower ranks start with less points, but they get more balanced games. The time settings are 15 minutes Main time plus 10 Byo yomi periods of 15 seconds (15m + 15s x 10), the rounds are spaced 60 min apart. Six rounds total, three rounds per day. Prizes are given out every round, so even if you don't think you can win your division, you still have a chance at getting a prize!
Important: Conditions for tournament entry:
- Have played rated games for at least 6 weeks, and have played at least 30 games before February 9th, 2013.
- 50 non-KGS Plus members will be allowed into each division. KGS Plus members are always welcome!
- People who do not fullfill those conditions but register anyway may be disqualified anytime.
- Must enter with your strongest account. (Contact the user "sweety" if your KGS Plus account is not your strongest account)
- Players who have been previously disqualified from a KGS tournament are not allowed.
- Please be respectful to your opponents: late players will forfeit after 15 minutes --
rudeness or escaping will not be tollerated either.
- You are allowed to attend ONLY ONE division.

Prizes
- The winner of Asian/European Daytime Division will get a free Korean-style Insei League
place for a month, and 1 month of free KGS Plus.
- The winner of American Daytime Division will get a $24 gift certificate from Kiseido, and 1 month of free KGS Plus.
- The runner-ups of both divisions will get 1 month of free KGS Plus.
- The kyu players with the highest score in each division will get a $24 gift certificate from Kiseido and 2 weeks of free KGS Plus.
- Each round, 1 week of free KGS Plus will be awarded at random.
